Kodak Black, 19, was finally released, now a free man. He was released from St. Lucie County Jail in Florida on Nov 28th.  According to TMZ, he initally posted a $100,000 bail and was reportedly released from a Florence County jail in South Carolina.

The young Artist [real name, Dieuson Octave] was  charged with criminal sexual conduct. After allegedly attacking a young girl at a Comfort Inn and Suit in Floride back in Feb 7th,2016.  Alleged to have engaged in the sexual battery of a victim at a hotel in Florence, South Carolina. The alleged victim (a fan) and a friend went back to the Comfort Inn and Suit  to hang out with Kodak and another person. They later went into a separate room in pairs.  The victim stated ‘Kodak Black’ pushed her into a wall and then down onto the couch in the room. Also reported to have screamed for help.

 

Hence, the rapper tweeted on Wednesday  “If God Is With You Who Can Be Against You..”

Furthermore, he took to Instagram account on Dec. 1st to confirm to his fans that he was leaving jail. His quotes:

“I’m happy to finally be going home to my family and friends,” . “I look forward to clearing my name in the very near future. I want to thank God, my family, my team (Vanessa, Phatboy and James McMillan). Atlantic Records, my lawyers and all of my fans for your continuous love and support. I can’t wait to get back to doing what I love most—working at being the illest rapper alive.”
