Ex President of Gambia left
Ex President Yahya Jammeh of Gambia has finally left the country after 22 years in power. The people of Gambia rejoicing and celebrating in different ways and styles.
Mr Yahya Jammeh List the election in December 2016 to Adama Barrow . But,after the election the ex- president refused to leave. Economic Community of West African States (Ecowas), sent West African troops into The Gambia in support of the new president.
The New Presudent Adam Barrow has to stay Senegal probably for security reason and surprisly was sworn in Senegal instead of Gambia.
According to BBC, Mr Barrow said he wanted to create a truth and reconciliation committee to investigate allegations of human rights abuses during Mr Jammeh’s time in office.
Mr Yahya Jammeh boarded the plane and left to Equatorial Guinea.
According to reports, allegedly 11 million dollars is reportedly messing. Investigations are going on concerning that.
