The United Nations Human Rights Council just said the Epstein files could get everyone in a LOT more trouble than originally thought…
In a statement on Monday, the council warned the UN during a panel that the crimes and horrific acts of Jeffrey Epstein and his conspirators could result in some of the most intense charges under international law. With millions of docs released and more info being revealed all the time, it’s no surprise that this has become so horrifying in the eyes of the whole world.

In their statement, the council said that the files suggest “the existence of a global criminal enterprise” that went through with “systematic and large-scale sexual abuse, trafficking and exploitation” of women and children:
“These crimes were committed against a backdrop of supremacist beliefs, racism, corruption, extreme misogyny, and the commodification and [dehumanization] of women and girls from different parts of the world.”
Even more disturbing than that? These experts think all the deplorable actions in the Epstein files meet the criteria of “crimes against humanity”:
“So grave is the scale, nature, systematic character, and transnational reach of these atrocities against women and girls, that a number of them may reasonably meet the legal threshold of crimes against humanity.”
Whoa. In case you’re not familiar, under international law, crimes against humanity are defined as “specific crimes committed in the context of a large-scale attack targeting civilians, regardless of their nationality. These crimes include the most egregious violations of human dignity, especially those directed towards civilian populations,” per Cornell University. This includes murder, enslavement, forcible deportation/transfer, torture, and sexual violence, with no statute of limitations. And unlike war crimes, they can occur in peaceful times, per the International Committee of the Red Cross.
The experts continued in their statement:
“All the allegations contained in the ‘Epstein Files’ are egregious in nature and require independent, thorough, and impartial investigation, as well as inquiries to determine how such crimes could have taken place for so long.”
Later in the panel, the council also addressed the “botched reductions” that have been taking heat ever since the Trump Administration was accused of fumbling a lot of the releases with the Department of Justice. You know, despite the admin insisting to everyone these redactions were ONLY to protect victims:
“The grave errors in the release process underscore the urgent need for victim-centered standard operating procedures for disclosure and redaction, so that no victim suffers further harm.”
And while they didn’t say Trump’s name directly, they did say that moving on from the Epstein files is pretty much a stupid decision to try and push:
“Failure by governments to effectively investigate, and prosecute those responsible for these crimes, including by complicity or acquiescence, where jurisdiction exists, risks undermining legal frameworks aimed at preventing and responding to violence against women and girls.”
Wrapping up their statement, they SLAMMED the billionaires and powerful figures that are all over the Epstein docs, saying:
“It is imperative that governments act decisively to hold perpetrators accountable. No one is too wealthy or too powerful to be above the law.”
Well, the ball already started rolling with the arrest of the former Prince Andrew… We’ll see if it become a trend. These poor victims deserve justice!
