Olivia has opened up about her workout routine, which includes more than stretches and perfecting her moves on the beam.

Speaking to Women's Health about enjoying weightlifting, Olivia revealed: "It helps so much, not only in my gymnastics career, but my everyday life as well. It empowers me and makes me feel strong and confident," adding that "stigma" about women lifting weights doesn't stop her. "It really transformed my body, my gymnastics, and my life," she continued.
