OMG! Now Brittany Furlan Has Requested A Restraining Order Against Ronnie Radke, Calls Him 'Unhinged' & 'Obsessed'!

The Brittany Furlan and Ronnie Radke catfishing scandal is heating up!

According to TMZ on Monday, the Vine star filed for a temporary restraining order against the Falling In Reverse frontman, claiming he has been harassing her online since their “secret relationship” fell apart last year. Yep, she believes she never got catfished!

In new legal documents obtained by the outlet, Brittany explained that she is 100 percent certain she was talking with Ronnie, not an imposter, on Snapchat last year during a rough patch in her marriage to Tommy Lee. They allegedly exchanged explicit photos and videos and planned to meet up. Although Ronnie claimed the comedian spoke to a catfish, she insisted in the docs that it was all real and could not have been A.I.-generated “due to the explicit nature of the content.”

Brittany alleged that Ronnie begged her to dump Tommy for him, so they made plans to meet up in May at his former address. Per her account, she went, but the musician did not show up. Then, Ronnie allegedly began humiliating and manipulating her. Brittany said she came clean to Tommy about what happened, and that led him to confront Ronnie online. And we all know how the story goes from there. The God Is A Weapon artist publicly claimed Brittany got catfished, which she says is false. For his part, he maintains she talked to an impersonator, and he is actively trying to find out who the supposed catfisher(s) are.

Since then, Brittany accused Ronnie of being annoying, harassing, and mocking her on social media — going as far as to humiliate her in a music video with “a hideous body double.” Watch (below):

She wants Ronnie to leave her alone, and she claims he’s allegedly left “cruel” comments on her IG from a burner account. While Brittany tried to ignore Ronnie’s content, everything changed last week when someone posted a video about how she was allegedly catfished. She said Ronnie posted three videos on Instagram berating her, calling her a liar and “intending for his fans to attack me.” He also allegedly harassed and berated her and Tommy on a livestream, even going so far as to call her husband a loser. Brittany reported the harassment to Instagram, and Ronnie’s account got disabled.

And now, she wants more protection. Brittany claimed Ronnie “is unhinged and obsessed with me” and wants him to fully leave her alone, so she “may live in peace.” The social media personality asked the court to order Ronnie to stay at least 100 yards away from her, her home, and her car.

But just like Ronnie when he filed for a TRO last week, the court clerk denied her a temporary restraining order since it is not an emergency order.
